Welcome to South West Lancs Pistol Club


SWLPC provides a safe and comfortable environment for various target shooting sports activities.

Situated less than 10 mins from Jn26 M6. we have our own secluded private land which is fully Home Office Approved. The club has a 25 yard 10 lane range where air rifle, small bore -22 rimfire, fullbore pistol/carbine and blackpowder can be used. Extensive land means that we can also hold our own Clay Pigeon, Practical Shotgun and Archery events. The club is open on Wednesdays, Thursday & Saturdays/Sundays with fun competitions taking place most weeks. Full members also have the benefit of access to the ranger at other times as long as there are two full members present.

A RFD attends the club once a month and members can purchase a range of shooting relating supplies

For full bore target shooting, SWLPC has access to the MOD range at Altcar, Formby Lancs.

SWLPC has operated for many years and now sees many people from all different walks of life taking up an interest in shooting sports. This includes female members and those with families.
